  • Have been accepted into an upcoming McDonald Observatory teacher workshop.
  • Have completed registration.
  • Are ready to pay the $100 workshop fee via a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card.

How to Make a Payment

  1. Find the first day of your workshop from the calendar below.
  2. Click on the date of the first day of your workshop. Make sure the correct workshop title and date appear.
  3. In the “Persons” box, enter the number of educators submitting a fee for this workshop. 
    • If you need to submit another deposit for a different workshop, click the “Book Additional Programs” button.
  4. If the information shown is correct, click “Continue.”
  5. Enter your customer information and credit card details. 
    • IMPORTANT: If the name of the educator is different than what appears on the credit card, provide the educator’s name in the “Comments” box.
    • IMPORTANT: If you are submitting payment on behalf of more than one educator, enter each person’s name in the “Comments” box.
  6. Confirm all information is correct and complete the process by clicking “book.”

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received MORE than 30 days before the first day of the workshop will be fully refunded.
  • If you fail to appear for your workshop or cancel LESS than 30 days before the first day of the workshop, program fees will not be refunded.
