Press Kit for Joint UT-A&M Celebrations for IYA 2009

Together, The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University are planning a series of events across Texas for this year's International Year of Astronomy (IYA). Initiated by UNESCO and the International Astronomical Union, IYA is a world-wide celebration honoring the 400th anniversary of Galileo's first astronomical use of the telescope.
